Esco Millhog® Tools can be used in a wide variety of applications across a number of different industries. Our end prep tools and cutting saws are perfect for the following applications:

ESCO Tool Rolling Motors and Tube Expanders are used for fabricating and maintaining boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers. Our rolling motors come in a variety of torque options and have capabilities of performing both straight and flared rolls for the most accurate and tightest bond to the tube sheet.

The C-Hog Millhog beveling machine securely attaches to the tube O.D. with a huge clamp that minimizes chatter and vibration and is well suited for small-bore tubes because there is no I.D. clamp or mandrel to interfere. The I.D. clearance gained also allows for large, tough I.D. boring blades that increase Cutter Blade endurance

The Prepzilla MILLHOG is smooth, quiet and powerful. It is highly desired for its ability to bevel difficult pipe alloys like super duplex and P-91 quickly and efficiently. Ruggedly designed for years of trouble free service, the Prepzilla is built with dual opposed tapered roller bearings, heat treated and hardened clamping, cutting and operational components.

Wart Millhog is a portable right angle I.D. clamping pipe and tube beveling machine that features an efficient low maintenance design. Incorporating a gear drive that is fully supported by dual opposed tapered roller bearings and three heavy duty ball bearings.

With up to 351ft. lbs. of torque at the bar and a feed motor that delivers 30 ft. lbs. of torque, heavy cuts are made easy. York has two options available to suit every user’s need, the manual control machine for use with the 5hp hydraulic power unit and the remote control machine for use with the 10hp hydraulic power unit.

SPR York’s Large Diameter Boring Bars are specially designed for the shipbuilding industry. Boring diameters from 400mm to 1600mm.

The SPR York 12-36 line boring machine can be set up several ways depending on the work area. Tack weld plates are provided, but in some cases, you may want to pick up an existing bolt pattern on the work piece. If so, a special set up fixture would be required and can be manufactured by SPR York Portable Machine Tools.

SPR York’s Cadet is a general use line boring machine for contractors concerned with maintaining their own equipment. It features a bi-directional adjustable feed speed with rapid traverse.

The 4-14 Pro MK3 production machine is designed to do repeat work in the most efficient manner. Both the machine and the controller are customizable to suit specific applications.
